Training is available in 30 or 45 minute sessions.
Each training session provides a full body workout focusing on cardio, strength and core.
Small group training sessions also available
Whether you're a beginner or have been exercising for years, we know "old habits die hard" which is why we are always on top of our game. Whether it's changing your routine, trying something new or exploring new techniques it is our job to keep you motivated and we are committed to doing just that.
Members have full use of the facility during one-on-one training sessions with their personal trainer.
Cardio area is available to our clients at all times during hours of operation.
